These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in all programs and services offered by BigElefant, including basketball training, online courses, merchandise sales, and outdoor activities ("Services"). By registering, purchasing, or participating, you agree to the following:

1. General Participation

  • All participants must register using accurate personal information.
  • Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by coaches, staff, or facilitators.

2. Basketball Training & Outdoor Activities

  • Activities may involve physical exertion and carry risks of injury. By participating, you accept these risks.
  • Please inform staff of any medical conditions or injuries before participation.
  • Appropriate sports attire, footwear, and protective gear must be worn at all times.
  • Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

3. Online Courses & Digital Content

  • Access to online courses is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Course materials (videos, PDFs, rankings, etc.) are protected by copyright and must not be shared, sold, or reproduced without written permission.
  • Progress and rank tracking are provided as-is and may be adjusted to ensure fairness and accuracy.

4. Merchandise Sales

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, but cannot guarantee exact matches.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times may vary and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments must be made in advance for training, courses, and merchandise.
  • Missed sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by us.
  • Refunds for online courses are available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
  • Private sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We expect respectful behavior at all times, including online platforms and in-person sessions.
  • Bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or removal without refund.
  • Parents and spectators must support a positive environment for all participants.

7. Media Release

  • Photos or videos may be taken during sessions or events for promotional purposes.
    If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before your first session.

8. Liability Waiver

  • While we take all reasonable steps to ensure safety, we are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages arising from participation, unless caused by proven negligence.
  • It is your responsibility to have appropriate medical insurance or ACC cover in place.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information to manage registrations, provide services, and communicate updates.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
  • You may request access to or correction of your data at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued participation in our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
